Bulk Orders
Substantial savings on bulk purchases. We offer quotations
on bulk and semi-bulk quantities, multiple quantities, blanket orders
and custom synthesis, upon request. Quotations
are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reserved
lots available for large quantities or standing annual requirements.
Prices and Terms
Our terms are Net 30*, unless otherwise specified. We require
prepayment on all International orders. A $100.00 (usd) minimum order
is required. Prices subject to change without notice. The buyer is
responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges as well
as any and all bank, customs, duties and taxes.
Returns
No returns permitted without prior written authorization.
For return authorization, please contact customer service. Returns
must he made within thirty days of receipt of authorization. Copy
of authorization must accompany returned shipment. Returns may be
subject to a restocking charge.
Conditions for Use
All listed products are for research and development laboratory
use only. We may reject orders from private individuals not affiliated
with an organization. We reserve the right to insist on a written
order and/or references before proceeding on an order.
Shipping and Packaging
Orders shipped on same day, when possible. Best method of
shipment will be used based on package size, weight, content and
destination in accordance with D.O.T. regulations. Special or hazardous
shipments may incur additional charges for packaging. Please inspect
goods upon receipt and notify us of any defects or shortage within
five days, and quality complaints within thirty days.
Safety
Chemicals should be handled by qualified technical personnel,
acquainted with safe laboratory practice and potential hazards. The
buyer is responsible for safe use of our products. We provide Material
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and information on our product labels regarding
potential or known hazards. For MSDS, we employ current information
from RTECS, IARC, NIOSH, OSHA, EPA, and DOT databases. Many compounds
do not have available hazardous information. An absence of hazardous
warning(s) does not indicate safety.
Quality
Our biochemicals are analytically tested before being released
for shipment. Certificates of analysis are issued for every chemical.
Annual re-testing recommended. Purity values listed in this catalog
are typical and actual values may vary from lot to lot. Specifications
may change; reasonable variation from listed value may not be basis
for dispute.
Warranty
We warrant that our products are of merchantable quality
at time of sale. There is no warranty, express or implied, as to
the fitness of these products for any particular purpose. Our sole
obligation is to replace the product without charge or to refund
the purchase price. In no event shall we be liable for incidental
or consequential damages.
